Extrusion
  • Extrusion lengths: 80mm, 160mm and 220mm.
  • Extrusion width: 108.5mm.
  • Extrusion height: 30mm.
  • Custom extrusion lengths are available upon request.
  • Standard anodised colours: black and silver. Custom colours available upon request.
  • Pre-anodised (part numbers ending in PA) black version available, external surfaces anodised black, interior and ends in natural finish.
  • Manufactured in aluminium 6063 T6.
  • P.C. board sizes:
    • Maximum width: 100mm.
    • Maximum height: 18.6mm
  • Cut tolerance: -0mm to +0.5mm.
  • Extrusion supplied individually, all accessories required need to be ordered separately.
Assembly Hardware
  • Self-tapping or thread-forming options.
  • Available in silver or black.
  • Packs of 8, 10 or 400 available.
  • Note: Not supplied with extrusion, needs to be ordered separately.
Bent End Plate Brackets
  • Full bent end plate bracket, offering another solution for mounting to walls and surfaces.
  • Can be retro-fitted over existing end plates.
  • Finished with a fine black textured powder coat
  • For use with E-Case B Series and E-Case C Series enclosures.
  • Sold individually.
  • Note: Not supplied with extrusion, needs to be ordered separately.
Carrier Plates
  • Manufactured in 2mm thick pre-anodised aluminium.
  • Finished in silver.
  • Sold individually.
  • Note: Not supplied with extrusion, needs to be ordered separately.
DIN Rail Clips
  • Fits 35mm DIN rails.
  • Available in silver or black.
  • For use with all E-Case Series and U-Case Series enclosures.
  • Note: Not supplied with extrusion, needs to be ordered separately.
End Bezels
  • Supplied with caps, to hide the screw heads for a more aesthetic finish.
  • Manufactured in ABS plastic.
  • Only available in black.
  • For use with all E-Case Series enclosures, except for the 5-hole E-Case D end plate.
  • Sold individually - 1 end cap and 4 screw caps.
  • Note: Not supplied with extrusion, needs to be ordered separately.
End Plates
  • For use with all E-Case Series enclosures.
  • Manufactured in aluminium 5005.
  • 1.5mm thick - for E-Case A Series, E-Case B Series, E-Case C and E-Case F Series enclosures.
  • 2mm thick - for E-Case D Series enclosures.
  • E-Case D Series end plates come with either 4 or 5 screw hole options.
  • Available in natural finish, silver or black. Custom colours are available upon request.
  • Acrylic end plates available, contact us for more information.
  • Sold individually.
  • Note: Not supplied with extrusion, needs to be ordered separately.
Mounting Brackets (ABS)
  • Manufactured in ABS plastic.
  • Only available in black.
  • Easy to retrofit, no end panels need to be removed.
  • Sold in packs of 2.
  • Note: Not supplied with extrusion, needs to be ordered separately.
Mounting Brackets (Aluminium)
  • Two length options of 40mm and 80mm.
  • Available in silver or black. Custom colours are available upon request.
  • End plates need to be removed for the installation of mounting brackets.
  • For use with all E-Case Series and U-Case Series enclosures.
  • LS versions are sold individually.
  • MT versions are sold in pairs (pack of 2).
  • Note: Not supplied with extrusion, needs to be ordered separately.
VESA Mounting Brackets
  • Finished with a fine black textured powder coat
  • Manufactured from 1.2mm zintec.
  • Supplied with 1 bracket and 2 nuts, to bolt into the dovetail groove on the extrusion side.
  • For use with all E-Case Series enclosures.
  • Note: Not supplied with extrusion, needs to be ordered separately.
Protective Rubber Feet
  • 4.7mm clearance provided.
  • Available in clear, more options available.
  • Pack of 24.

Product Customisation Options
What makes KGA Enclosures Ltd different from most other larger distributors is that we can offer full customisation services on all enclosures and accessories. All customisation work is undertaken by the relevant supplier, (some smaller production runs are done by utilizing an outside contractor) at their own manufacturing facilities. These services include milling or punching holes and slots into the enclosure or end plates for cables, connectors, switches, etc. Printing and silk-screening services all for the addition of text, logos, and graphics onto both the enclosure and end plates, to allow the end user to easily identify the product, and to allow the final product to look more elegant.
