Customisation Options

Product Features

Ideally suited for mounting printed circuit boards or components.
Choice of two materials:
- General purpose ABS with a flame rating of UL94-HB.
- Polycarbonate with a flame rating of UL94-V2.
Gasketed lid with two piece "tongue and groove" construction provides protection against access of oil, dust and water.
Rubber gasket is included and must be field installed.
Lid includes smooth recessed area for membrane, label or silkscreen.
Designed to meet IP65.
Lid is secured with self-captivating M3.5 stainless steel machine screws (included), threaded into corrosion resistant bushings (for repetitive assembly and disassembly).
Lid screws are self-captivating (lid holes are threaded with the first installation of lid screws).
Internal features are maximized for mounting options:
- Internal DIN rail mounting tabs.
- PC board mounting posts.
- Options vary with size, please refer to individual product drawings for more information.
Extra self-tapping M3.5-0.6 x 10mm lid screws: SC619-50.
Extra self-tapping M3 x 6mm PC board screws: SC622-50.

Choice of either black or grey colour.
Made from tough nylon material.
Includes mounting hardware.

Hammond Manufacturing Customisation Services

Product Customisation Options:

What makes KGA Enclosures Ltd different from most other larger distributors is that we can offer full customisation services on all enclosures and accessories. All customisation work is undertaken by the relevant supplier, (some smaller production runs are done by utilizing an outside contractor) at their own manufacturing facilities. These services include milling or punching holes and slots into the enclosure or end plates for cables, connectors, switches, etc. Printing and silk-screening services all for the addition of text, logos, and graphics onto both the enclosure and end plates, to allow the end user to easily identify the product, and to allow the final product to look more elegant. Modified Electronic Enclosures:

Almost every enclosure will need some kind of modification to be useful. In house, modifications can be tedious, over-complicated, and a distraction from your core business. A third party shop can add time and expense. Let us help you by delivering quality products made to your exact specifications.
