Hammond Manufacturing Customisation Services

Product Customisation Options:

What makes KGA Enclosures Ltd different from most other larger distributors is that we can offer full customisation services on all enclosures and accessories. All customisation work is undertaken by the relevant supplier, (some smaller production runs are done by utilizing an outside contractor) at their own manufacturing facilities. These services include milling or punching holes and slots into the enclosure or end plates for cables, connectors, switches, etc. Printing and silk-screening services all for the addition of text, logos, and graphics onto both the enclosure and end plates, to allow the end user to easily identify the product, and to allow the final product to look more elegant. Contact us today to see how we can assist you.

Modified Electronic Enclosures:

Almost every enclosure will need some kind of modification to be useful. In house, modifications can be tedious, over-complicated, and a distraction from your core business. A third party shop can add time and expense. Let us help you by delivering quality products made to your exact specifications.

Why Use Hammond Manufacturing?

Hammond offers a wide selection and massive inventory ready to be modified.
Typically, the minimum order is 25 units. This can vary depending on the product and services required.
Hammond has an experience enclosure modification team and two dedicated modification facilities located in North America and Europe. We are knowledgeable, available, and capable.
Hammond helps eliminate scrap and design errors with approval drawings to confirm correct interpretation of your design requirements. Many orders will also include fast delivery of sample enclosures for inspection. These steps ensure that your assembly fits perfectly before heading to the production stage.
