The HWM Series swing-out wall-mount cabinet is a UL 2416 listed solution designed for mounting 19" rack equipment in IT and telecom environments requiring secure enclosure and rear access. Its heavy-duty construction and 350 lbs. load rating support a wide range of network equipment while maintaining structural integrity.

With a swing-out design, adjustable mounting rails and integrated cable management features, the HWM Series provides easy access for installation and servicing. Ideal for network closets and communication rooms, it offers a balance of capacity, accessibility and security in a wall-mounted form factor.

  • 14-gauge welded rear section with 16-gauge center section and doors (UL 2416 rated to 350 lbs. (159 kg.), seismic rated to 200 lbs. (90.72 kg.)) supports network and telecom equipment in demanding installations.
  • Swing-out wall-mount cabinet design (19" rack compatible) provides front and full rear access for installation and servicing.
  • One (1) pair of adjustable #10-32 threaded mounting rails supports flexible equipment positioning and standard rack compatibility.
    • Includes starter hardware pack with SCREW1032-50 screws for equipment mounting.
  • Heavy-duty spring-hinge mechanism supports controlled swing-out access during installation and servicing.
  • Reversible cabinet body allows the swing direction to be changed on-site to suit installation requirements.
  • Multiple cable entry knockouts and rear cable access support structured cable routing.
  • Integrated ventilation and fan provisions support airflow and optional cooling.
  • Available with vented or window front door options supports airflow or equipment visibility depending on application needs.
  • Seismic rated to 200 lbs. (90.72 kg.) dynamic load (Ip = 1.5) in accordance with IBC 2018, CBC 2019, NBC 2018, ASCE 7-16 and ASCE 7-10).

Product Customisation Options
What makes KGA Enclosures Ltd different from most other larger distributors is that we can offer full customisation services on all enclosures and accessories. All customisation work is undertaken by the relevant supplier, (some smaller production runs are done by utilizing an outside contractor) at their own manufacturing facilities. These services include milling or punching holes and slots into the enclosure or end plates for cables, connectors, switches, etc. Printing and silk-screening services all for the addition of text, logos, and graphics onto both the enclosure and end plates, to allow the end user to easily identify the product, and to allow the final product to look more elegant. Almost every enclosure will need some kind of modification to be useful. In house, modifications can be tedious, over-complicated, and a distraction from your core business.
