1455ZT Series | Wallmount Extruded Aluminium Enclosures
Product Features
- Designed to house electronics when shelf or wall mounting is required.
- Consists of an aluminium "U" shaped extrusion body and flat, sliding aluminium bottom plate.
- Sliding plate is perfect for easy mounting of components.
- Aluminium mounting brackets are attached to each end. Mounting brackets are punched with 0.31" (7.9mm) diameter keyholes for easy mounting of enclosures.
- Rugged body is constructed from extruded aluminium with a minimum thickness of 0.06" (1.5mm).
- Available in either clear or black anodised finish with matching sliding plate and mounting flanges.
- Includes all assembly hardware.
Assembly Hardware
- For replacement screws, order part number 1455MSFL100BK (pack of 100).
- Note: Recommended screw torque is 5 lbf/in.
Protective Rubber Feet
- Protective rubber feet, offering protection when placed on surface tops.
- Available in three colours: black, clear and grey.
- Available in a selection of styles including: flat round, round, round hemisphere and square.
- Self-adhesive or screw-on options.

All customisation work is undertaken by the relevant supplier, (some smaller production runs are done by utilizing an outside contractor) at their own manufacturing facilities. These services include milling or punching holes and slots into the enclosure or end plates for cables, connectors, switches, etc. Printing and silk-screening services all for the addition of text, logos, and graphics onto both the enclosure and end plates, to allow the end user to easily identify the product, and to allow the final product to look more elegant.
