Customisation Options

Product Features

Electronic instrument enclosures, ideally suited for mounting printed circuit boards.
Ergonomically designed for a comfortable fit into the user's hand.
Versions without a battery door are designed to meet IP54 ratings.
Recessed top for membrane display or keypad.
Units with battery door use our long life "three snap" door.
Lap joint construction provides protection against dust accumulation and splashing water.
Moulded in a choice of black, grey or transparent blue general purpose ABS plastic with a satin texture.
Includes one or two aluminium end panels.
Unit is secured with self-tapping screws.
Black and transparent blue enclosures include black screws, grey includes nickel finish screws.

Belt/Pocket Clips

Moulded from tough nylon (choice of black or grey).
Includes 2 nylon screws (insulated to avoid internal interference).
Mounting template included (user drilling required).

ProtoBoard Printed Circuit Boards

High quality FR4 glass epoxy board.
Mounting screws included.
Lead free etched copper PC board with a flux coating for easy soldering.
0.042" holes drilled on 0.1" centers.

Hammond Manufacturing Customisation Services

Product Customisation Options:

What makes KGA Enclosures Ltd different from most other larger distributors is that we can offer full customisation services on all enclosures and accessories. All customisation work is undertaken by the relevant supplier, (some smaller production runs are done by utilizing an outside contractor) at their own manufacturing facilities. These services include milling or punching holes and slots into the enclosure or end plates for cables, connectors, switches, etc. Printing and silk-screening services all for the addition of text, logos, and graphics onto both the enclosure and end plates, to allow the end user to easily identify the product, and to allow the final product to look more elegant. Almost every enclosure will need some kind of modification to be useful. In house, modifications can be tedious, over-complicated, and a distraction from your core business. A third party shop can add time and expense. Let us help you by delivering quality products made to your exact specifications.
