1553W Series | Water-Tight Hand-Held Enclosures

Product Features
- Ergonomically designed for hand-held comfort.
- Designed to meet IP65.
- Comes with pre-formed and pre-installed silicone gasket.
- Three sizes and two colours to choose from.
- Moulded in flame retardant ABS plastic (FRABS) rated UL94-V0 with a grey TPE overmould serving as a soft grip.
- Top cover is recessed for a membrane display or keypad.
- PC board standoffs are moulded into both the top and bottom of the enclosure.
- Front panel is integrated with top half of the enclosure.
- Enclosure is secured with black stainless steel machine screws threaded into brass bushings. Perfect for applications when repetitive assembly and disassembly are required.
Assembly Hardware
- Standoff screws (M2) are not included. See 1553WTS100 for a pack of 100 PC board screws.
- Replacement assembly screws for sizes "B" and "D", part number SC1553WB100BK - pack of 100, black stainless steel.
- Replacement assembly screws for size "C", part number SC1553WC100BK - pack of 100, black stainless steel.
