Product Features

- 24" width frame features:
- Generous cabling space.
- Cabinet top includes four (4) 3.5" wide cable entry holes.
- 30" width frame features:
- Mounting rails include cable-tie support and cable pass-through holes.
- Cabinet top includes four (4) 3.5" wide cable entry holes.
- Support for vertical cable managers without obstructing mounting rails.
- Available in 31.5", 36" and 42" overall depths.
- C-channel struts provide cabinet strength, ease and flexibility to adjust mounting rails.
- Flush mounted doors with quarter-turn lock.
- One (1) interchangeable top panels.
Product Specifications
- Cabinet frame constructed in 14-gauge steel cabinet with 12-gauge steel reinforced corner brackets.
- Cabinet doors and side panels constructed in 16-gauge steel.
- Square hole 19" mounting rails are constructed in 12-gauge steel, include rack unit indicators and are zinc-plated to provide superior surface areas for equipment grounding.
- UL listed to 2416 load rated for up to 3,000 lbs. (1,360 kg.) Static load tested to 12,000 lbs. (5,443 kg.).
- Grounding studs provided on frame as well as side panels and doors. Front and rear studs on cabinet frame conform to PET.
- Finished in textured black power paint.
- Meets PCI DSS (payment card industry data security standard) compliance requirements.
- TAA-compliant for GSA schedule purchases.
- RoHS compliant.
- Manufactured in North America.
Included Components
- All configurations include:
- Welded steel frame with factory-installed nylon leveling feet, ground studs and mounting posts for optional casters.
- Two (2) pairs of adjustable depth EIA-compliant square hole punched mounting rails.
- Starter pack of CAGKIT1032-25 screws and cage nuts.
- Two (2) removable side panels (with 1/4 turn latches).
- One (1) four (4) fan cutout top panel.
- C4RR "D" cabinet specific components include:
- One (1) window front door with quarter-turn lock.
- One (1) perforated rear door (65% open area vented) with quarter-turn lock.
- One (1) vertical cable trays with bottom PDU mounting.
- C4RR "S" cabinet specific components include:
- One (1) perforated front door (65% open area vented) with quarter-turn lock.
- One (1) perforated split/barn rear door (65% open area vented) with quarter-turn lock.
- Two (2) vertical cable trays with button PDU mounting.

Product Customisation Options
What makes KGA Enclosures Ltd different from most other larger distributors is that we can offer full customisation services on all enclosures and accessories. All customisation work is undertaken by the relevant supplier, (some smaller production runs are done by utilizing an outside contractor) at their own manufacturing facilities. These services include milling or punching holes and slots into the enclosure or end plates for cables, connectors, switches, etc. Printing and silk-screening services all for the addition of text, logos, and graphics onto both the enclosure and end plates, to allow the end user to easily identify the product, and to allow the final product to look more elegant.
