Universal Primary and 50/60 Hz. Operation
Product Features
- Universal primary with taps for 100, 120, 220 or 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz. (except the 260A6 which is 117V, 50/60 Hz. only).
- Designed for preamps, low power amps, general replacement, text equipment, etc.
- Economical, open frame, chassis mount - two hole (0.187 diameter = G) channel bracket or four hole mounting.
- Units include a faraday shield between the primary and secondary windings. Our electrostatic shield reduces the capacitive coupling from the primary - greatly attenuating higher frequency current coupling to the secondaries.
- Minimum 5" long leads.
Product Notes
- These units are designed to run both primary windings energized for maximum efficiency (see wiring table).
- The faraday shield lead - the grey wire - marked SH (shield) above, should remain grounded to the mounting bracket and in turn to the chassis.
