Product Features

Rugged, diecast aluminium alloy electronic instrument enclosure.
Diecast material is tough yet easy to machine.
Factory powder coated to save stomp box manufacturers and experimenters time and money.
Coated with a smooth glossy polyester powder coat for a lasting finish, even after machining.
Smooth finish allows for easy adhesion of labels or silk screens.
Colours are matched to standard RAL colours.
Lap joint construction provides protection against access of dust and splashing water.
Designed to meet IP54. See gasket kit accessory below to meet IP65. IP65 rating also required water-tight screws.
Low side wall draft angle (2-degrees or less) for easy PC board mounting.

Replacement screws - nickel plated, #6-32 x 1/2" - 1590MS100 - pack of 100.

Product Customisation Options:

What makes KGA Enclosures Ltd different from most other larger distributors is that we can offer full customisation services on all enclosures and accessories. All customisation work is undertaken by the relevant supplier, (some smaller production runs are done by utilizing an outside contractor) at their own manufacturing facilities. These services include milling or punching holes and slots into the enclosure or end plates for cables, connectors, switches, etc. Printing and silk-screening services all for the addition of text, logos, and graphics onto both the enclosure and end plates, to allow the end user to easily identify the product, and to allow the final product to look more elegant. Modified Electronic Enclosures:

Almost every enclosure will need some kind of modification to be useful. In house, modifications can be tedious, over-complicated, and a distraction from your core business. A third party shop can add time and expense. Let us help you by delivering quality products made to your exact specifications.
