516 Series Ventilated Transformer Enclosures

Product Features:

Heavy duty (0.1" thick) aluminium base and top - for extra strength (front and back panel will not push in from mounted buttons, controls, connectors, etc).
Sides include four horizontal rows of louvers for ventilation.
Includes heavy duty (0.1" thick) aluminium raised mounting panel. Mounting surface includes 8 press nuts for mounting and a 5" (127mm) x 8.63" (219mm) area.
Front and back are recessed near the top with flange to act as built-in lifting handles.
Sold pre-assembled in lightly textured, dark grey powder cost finish.
Comes with three cord grommets for front and rear holes and required assembly hardware.
Assembled with 8 self-tapping Philips head screws.

Assembly Screws:

Replacement screws SC18609-50 (Pkg. of 50, Philips head - #8 x 3/8" machine screws).

All customisation work is undertaken by the relevant supplier, (some small projects are done utilizing outside contractors) at their own manufacturing facilities. These services include milling or punching of holes and slots into the enclosure or end plates for cables, connectors, switches etc. Printing and silk screening services allow for the addition of text, logos and graphics onto both the enclosure and end plates, to allow the end user to easily identify the product as well as giving the final product a more elegant finish.
