The RDAB Series rack depth adapters are designed to solve one of the most common challenges in 2-post rack installations: Supporting deep equipment. By positioning equipment in the center of the rack, the RDAB Series reduces stress on mounting rails and prevents sagging or damaging caused by unsupported weight.
Unlike traditional mounting methods that place equipment behind the rack or rely solely on front rails, the RDAB Series distributes weight more evenly across the rack structure. This improves stability, increases usable rack space and provides a more secure installation for servers, UPS systems and other deep equipment.
