Snap-Together and Wall-Mount Options

Wallmount - ABS Plastic - Snap Together:

Manufactured by our Japanese agent - stocked by us.
Moulded in ABS plastic.
Unique rounded side - two piece moulded construction.
Top and bottom "snap together.
Includes moulded in keyhole knockout areas (2) for mounting either vertically or horizontally.
Bottom half includes 6 moulded in, P.C. board standoffs.

ABS Plastic - Screw Fastened Lid:

Manufactured by our Japanese agent - stocked by us.
Moulded in ABS plastic.
Includes machine screws and brass inserts.
Bottom and top half include moulded in, P.C. board standoffs.

What makes KGA Enclosures Ltd different from most other larger distributors is that we offer full customisation services on all enclosure and accessories (where applicable). All customisation work is undertaken by the relevant supplier, (some small projects are done utilizing outside contractors) at their own manufacturing facilities. These services include milling or punching of holes and slots into the enclosure or end plates for cables, connectors, switches etc. Printing and silk screening services allow for the addition of text, logos and graphics onto both the enclosure and end plates, to allow the end user to easily identify the product as well as giving the final product a more elegant finish. Typically the minimum order quantity is 25 pieces. This can vary depending on product and service required. Please note KGA Enclosures does not add on any charges.
Hammond has an experience enclosure modification team and two dedicated modification facilities in North America and the United Kingdom. They are knowledgeable, available and capable.
Hammond Manufacturing helps eliminate scrap and design errors with approval drawings to confirm correct interpretation of your deign required.
