When you need cabinets quickly, the pre-assembled C4RR Series cabinets are a great option. Based on the most popular requested configurations, each cabinet is factory configured and packaged and ready to ship.
Product Features:
- Available in 42U and 44U mounting heights.
- 24" Width Frame Features:
- Generous cabling space.
- The cabinet top includes four (4) 3.5" wide cable entry holes.
- 30" Width Frame Features.
- Mounting rails include cable-tie support and cable pass-through holes.
- The cabinet top includes four (4) 3.5" wide cable entry holes.
- Support for vertical cable managers without obstructing mounting rails.
- Available in 31.5", 36" and 42" overall depths.
- C-channel struts provide cabinet strength, ease and flexibility to adjust mounting rails.
- Flush-mounted doors with quarter-turn lock.
- One (1) interchangeable top panel.
Product Specifications:
- The cabinet frame is constructed in 14 gauge mild steel with 12 gauge mild steel reinforced corner brackets.
- Cabinet doors and side panels are constructed in 16 gauge steel.
- Square hole 19" mounting rails are constructed in 12 gauge steel, include rack unit indicators, and are Zinc-plated to provide superior surface areas for equipment grounding.
- UL Listed 2416 load rated for up to 3,000 lbs (1.360 kg). Static load tested to 12,000 lbs (5,443 kg).
- Seismic rated up to 1,200 lbs (544 kg) of dynamic load with an Ip factor of 1.5 in accordance with the IBC 2018, CBC 2019, NBC 2015, ASCE 7-16, and ASCE 7-10. Requires a seismic bolt-down kit such as the C4K-Z4 (sold separately).
- 1/2-20 Bonding collar studs are provided frame (4x inner top and 2x bottom side of frame). Additional 10-32 studs are included on compatible side panels and doors.
- Finished in textured RAL 9005 black powder paint.
- Meets PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance requirements.
- TAA compliant for GSA schedule purchases.
- RoHS compliant.
- Manufactured in North America within an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility.

- All configurations include:
- Welded steel frame with factory-installed nylon leveling feet, ground studs and mounting points for optional casters.
- Two (2) pairs of adjustable depth EIA-compliant square hole punched mounting rails.
- Starter pack of CAGKIT1032-25 screws and cage nuts.
- Two (2) removable side panels (with 1/4 turn latches).
- One (1) four (4) fan cutout top panel.
- C4RR "D" Cabinet Specific Components Include:
- One (1) acrylic window front door with a quarter-turn lock.
- One (1) perforated rear door (65% open area vented) with a quarter-turn lock.
- One (1) vertical cable tray with button PDU mounting.
- C4RR "S" Cabinet Specific Components Include:
- One (1) perforated front door (65% open area vented) with a quarter-turn lock.
- One (1) perforated split/barn rear door (65% open area vented) with quarter-turn lock.
- Two (2) vertical cable trays with button PDU mounting.

Product Customisation Options
What makes KGA Enclosures Ltd different from most other larger distributors is that we offer full customisation services on all enclosures and accessories. All customisation work is undertaken by the relevant supplier, (some small projects are done utilizing outside contractors) at their own manufacturing facilities. These services include milling or punching holes and slots into the enclosure or end plates for cables, connectors, switches, etc. Printing and silk screening services allow for the addition of text, logos, and graphics onto both the enclosure and end plates, to allow the end user to easily identify the product and also to give the final product a more elegant finish.
