Class C Series Low Voltage Power Supply Protection

The Class C series of over-voltage surge protective devices has been developed to protect against the effects of indirect lightning discharges and induced voltages and is intended to provide protection in zones 1 2 per IEC 62305. Category IEC/EN/VDE: Class II/Type 2/C. Available with and without remote signaling contacts. DVSC27545 Series consists of a high performance varistor block with thermal disconnect device. The plug-in module/base design facilitates replacement of a failed module in situ without the need to remove system wiring. DVSC275452TNS Series combines two 45kA varistor modules to provide protection for single phase TNS networks. DVSC275452TT Series combines a 45kA varistor and gas discharge tube to provide protection for TT single phase networks, where N to PE galvanic isolation is required. DVSC400453TNC Series combines three 45kA varistor modules, to provide protection for TNC three phase networks with a combined PEN conductor. DVSC400454TNS Series combines four 45kA varistor modules, to provide protection for TNS three phase networks with separate PE and N conductors. DVSC400454TT Series combines three 45kA varistor modules and a gas discharge tube, to provide for TT three phase networks, where N to PE galvanic isolation is required.

Drilling, tapping, milling, louvre's, PEM's, insertion of windows, handles or slots and more, to prepare the enclosure for the assembly stage.

Coatings / Chemical Treatments

Enhance the protection of the enclosure by adding a coating or chemical treatment. Deltron offer's textures, powder coating of smooth nylon coating as standard, to offer protection from corrosion UV lights, and oils, other treatments are available on request.

Painting / Printing

Select an attention grabbing red for health and safety purpose, or choose a light colour for an aesthetically pleasing enclosure that blends into the background. Just provide the Pantone / RAL reference for a custom colour. Incorporate your logo or a specification / product code with the printing options which includes silk screening or engraving services.
