HMEGS Series Grid System
Product Features:
  • Constructed of 14 gauge steel, galvanized.
  • There are 4 styles: (1) 25mm wide depth grid strap, (2) 75mm wide depth grid strap, (3) 75mm wide vertical grid strap and (4) 25mm wide door support rails.
  • Grid straps feature pattern of alternating square holes (for cage nut) and round holes (for M5 or #12 screw) at standard 25mm centers.
  • Door support rails have round holes only.
  • Depth grip straps and door support rails have mounting flanges at either end.
  • Vertical grid straps flush (butt end bracket included) to other straps for a smooth continuous mounting surface. (To achieve full height vertical strap, 2 x 75mm depth grid straps required for top and bottom).
  • Sold in pairs.
Grid Mounting Hardware:
  • A variety of hardware options are available for the Grid System.
  • Square holes accommodate cage nuts listed.
  • Round holes accommodate M5 x #12 thread forming screws listed.

What makes KGA Enclosures Ltd different from most other larger distributors is that we offer full customisation services on all enclosure and accessories (where applicable). All customisation work is undertaken by the relevant supplier, (some small projects are done utilizing outside contractors) at their own manufacturing facilities. These services include milling or punching of holes and slots into the enclosure or end plates for cables, connectors, switches etc. Printing and silk screening services allow for the addition of text, logos and graphics onto both the enclosure and end plates, to allow the end user to easily identify the product as well as giving the final product a more elegant finish.   • Typically the minimum order quantity is 25 pieces. This can vary depending on product and service required. Please note KGA Enclosures does not add on any charges.
  • Hammond has an experience enclosure modification team and two dedicated modification facilities in North America and the United Kingdom. They are knowledgeable, available and capable.
  • Hammond Manufacturing helps eliminate scrap and design errors with approval drawings to confirm correct interpretation of your deign required. Many orders will also include a fast delivery of sample enclosures for your inspection. These steps ensure that your assembly fits perfectly before heading into the mass production stage.
