  • Designed for indoor housing of metering transformers per Hydro Quebec specifications.
Product Construction:
  • Formed and spot welded from 14 or 16 gauge steel.
  • Spot welded construction and formed edges.
  • Removable inner panels.
  • Hinged covers.
  • 2 Cutouts in top of each cabinet with metering plated included.
Product Finish:
  • Enclosure and cover are finished in ANSI 61 grey inside and out.
  • Inner panel is finished in ANSI 61 grey powder coating.
Product Standards:
  • CSA Type 1.
  • Complies with:
    • IEC 60529, IP20

What makes KGA Enclosures Ltd different from most other larger distributors is that we offer full customisation services on all enclosure and accessories (where applicable). All customisation work is undertaken by the relevant supplier, (some small projects are done utilizing outside contractors) at their own manufacturing facilities. These services include milling or punching of holes and slots into the enclosure or end plates for cables, connectors, switches etc. Printing and silk screening services allow for the addition of text, logos and graphics onto both the enclosure and end plates, to allow the end user to easily identify the product as well as giving the final product a more elegant finish.
