1592 Series "T" Display Enclosures

ABS Plastic Enclosures and Accessories

Product Features:

Perfect for instrument or mobile data enclosures requiring a keypad and display.
Available with either a solid display area or an opening with a clear lens.
- Solid display area is 122mm x 85mm (4.8" x 3.4") and will accommodate display boards up to 118mm x 60mm (4.6" x 2.37")
- Clear polycarbonate lens 102mm x 45mm (4.0" x 1.77") and a plain mylar mask kit allows for installation of a wide variety of display boards with the protection of the clear lens and dressed by the mylar frame
- The lens fits snugly into the case and provides protection from dirt and dust
Moulded from flame retardant ABS plastic, choice of black or grey (material carries a UL flammability rating of 94V-0).
The back of the case has been designed to accept a magnetic strip or "hoop and loop" fabric mounting tab.
The display area has been insert tooled in order to provide the capability of custom moulding a low-cost display area to specific requirements.

What makes KGA Enclosures Ltd different from most other larger distributors is that we offer full customisation services on all enclosure and accessories (where applicable). All customisation work is undertaken by the relevant supplier, (some small projects are done utilizing outside contractors) at their own manufacturing facilities. These services include milling or punching of holes and slots into the enclosure or end plates for cables, connectors, switches etc. Printing and silk screening services allow for the addition of text, logos and graphics onto both the enclosure and end plates, to allow the end user to easily identify the product as well as giving the final product a more elegant finish. Typically the minimum order quantity is 25 pieces. This can vary depending on product and service required. Please note KGA Enclosures does not add on any charges.
Hammond has an experience enclosure modification team and two dedicated modification facilities in North America and the United Kingdom. They are knowledgeable, available and capable.
Hammond Manufacturing helps eliminate scrap and design errors with approval drawings to confirm correct interpretation of your deign required. Many orders will also include a fast delivery of sample enclosures for your inspection. These steps ensure that your assembly fits perfectly before heading into the mass production stage.
