1455HD Series Heat Dissipating Extruded Aluminium Enclosures

Fins For Heat Dissipation, Wall-Mounting Flanges

Product Features:

Designed to house P.C. boards or equipment.
Easy wall mounting or shelf mounting with two removable flanges.
Sizes for standard Eurocard P.C. boards.
P.C. boards mount horizontally by sliding into internal slots extruded into the enclosure body.
Two piece body - with easily removable belly plate for easy access to top interior of enclosure.
Extruded body and aluminium endplates with a choice of either clear or black anodised finish.
Includes eight (8) assembly screws - either clear or black assembly screws to match enclosure panels and body.

Assembly Screws:

For black replacement screws (quantity 100) order part number 1455MS100BK.
For clear replacement screws (quantity 100) order part number 1455MS100.
Note: Recommended screw torque is 5 lbf.in (56.5 cN.m).

What makes KGA Enclosures Ltd different from most other larger distributors is that we offer full customisation services on all enclosure and accessories (where applicable). All customisation work is undertaken by the relevant supplier, (some small projects are done utilizing outside contractors) at their own manufacturing facilities. These services include milling or punching of holes and slots into the enclosure or end plates for cables, connectors, switches etc. Printing and silk screening services allow for the addition of text, logos and graphics onto both the enclosure and end plates, to allow the end user to easily identify the product as well as giving the final product a more elegant finish. Hammond Manufacturing offers a wide selection and massive inventory of enclosures ready to be modified.
Typically the minimum order quantity is 25 pieces. This can vary depending on product and service required. Please note KGA Enclosures does not add on any charges.
Hammond has an experience enclosure modification team and two dedicated modification facilities in North America and the United Kingdom. They are knowledgeable, available and capable.
Hammond Manufacturing helps eliminate scrap and design errors with approval drawings to confirm correct interpretation of your deign required. Many orders will also include a fast delivery of sample enclosures for your inspection. These steps ensure that your assembly fits perfectly before heading into the mass production stage.
